I recently left Caesars because I couldn't get through to them to change my phone number, either on a chat or on a phone call or on the betting site. After two days of trying, I gave up. I had an account with Fanatics sportsbook that I hadn't used in a while so I thought l'd give it a shot. It took me about a minute and a half to change my phone number with all the proper security in place... so here I will stay.

Shoutout to fanatics for ruining a good sportsbook AND having the absolute worst customer service :) apparently there is no way to link my previously existing fanatics/fancash+ account under a different email with the sportsbook account which uses a different email because i was forced to migrate from pointsbet, so I can't consolidate my fancash balances. I've contacted support like 8 times about it and every time they tell me "oh yeah we can do that" and then don't do it. As if it hadn't been terrible enough on its own, some recent update made it so that every time I try to access it on home wifi (even with icloud private relay off AND private IP off AND tracking enabled) it says "can't use a VPN to access the app, contact customer support if you believe you've reached this message in error" except you can't even contact support because it won't let you into the app... Personally I think I should at least be able to view my account or make a withdrawal and contact support instead of being fully locked out of everything, but okay. odds are almost always worse than every other sportsbook, "promos" are garbage (especially compared to pointsbet), markets are limited, app is a disaster to navigate, and god forbid you need something resolved by their useless customer service.

Honestly can't beat that. The cashout options are much higher than other apps. I use my PayPal for deposits and withdrawals and both are instant! wish I had more friends to invite!

So while it looks like $350. Since it expires after 24 hours and you can't use it. It is $100. When I complained they locked me out of my account and all my money.

I enjoy using Fanduel for betting because I can check stats right there in the app (as far as l know, it's the only betting app that offers it) BUT in the last week or so, player stats are blank beyond 1-2 clicks to view those stats. After clicking on player, it opens to a blank screen (where the stats should be). Please fix, or I'll have no choice, but to move to another app with better perks and functionality.

It’s ridiculous that the Android app is missing the "Save Bet" feature that iPhone users have. On iOS, you can save 10 bets in a queue to track later. On Android, the button doesn't even exist. Don't tell me it’s a technical limit—my phone saves my picks just fine when I close the app. FanDuel just hasn't bothered to code the button for us. We bet the same money as iPhone users, so we should get the same features. Fix the app and give Android the Save button!

When i first got this app it was perfect. Then all of a sudden I stopped getting promos and the app would glitch right when you needed to cash out. it also would report false things like saying your bet won and then all of a sudden it would be a different outcome. And there customer service is terrible. I got someone named Oscar M who just kept ignoring my request and kept trying to end the conversation. well he did. I tried again and got nothing. So be careful with this app and support.

Great user friendly and smooth but unique feel that is refreshing for users. Great myriads of promos and a big fan of even under the radar things like Monday multipliers for rewards points. Easy to search for props, linking a bet made elsewhere like a tracking app like pikkit link smoothly and effortlessly. Once in a while some of the promos get a little finicky with stipulations, but it's rare and it's a book I will always appreciate.

Unfortunately, Caesar's just isn't as good as the other sportsbooks when it comes to betting options, fast payouts, cash-out options, and reliability/smoothness of operation. It's nice to have a rewards system, but it really doesn't go far unless you're putting down huge amounts. I'd recommend bet365 the good odds, cash out options, and early payouts. Even kalshi is better because you can cash out at any time and it adds a lot of flexibility to the sports betting strategies.

You couldn't get worse customer service if you made it in a laboratory. That's why I left. Payouts are always a hassle. The app itself could be better. It's awkward. No ability to buy points is a problem. Games are sorted by time. For a late game, you may have to scroll for 3 miles to find the game that you want to bet. They offer intriguing promos & live bets, but I often had a line or price change mid-bet. Do yourself a favor and find a better book.

I wasn't expecting to enjoy it as much as I did, but so far it's actually become my second favorite book to use. I mostly enjoy the ability to access stats easily, instead of going to other apps this one condenses player info into the player themselves if you tap on their name, but instead of limiting me to the last three or four games I can actually see the entire season with game stats to match. Also, I was thankful they were less stringent about the odds being so low in order to win bonus bets as a new user. (Other books have required -500 odds and/or multiple legs being bet in order to win the new user bonus bets on which is nonsense) so overall, pleasantly surprised up to now. The only thing I would find tune more is the Ul and menu nesting systems. A search bar is a nice feature, and adding player colors/numbers/ even ranks would be great.

I like the rebrand, but it could've been done with more of an update. To me, the design is one of the best, and they have decent promotions. The one caveat I have is the cash out options or canceling a wager before the game/games start. Bet365 does a better job at the cash outs (cash out up to a minute left on NBA) and I really enjoy the live spread Bet365 does, "Lead by x or Trail by x". Really it comes down to some issues with value that I'm losing on the cash out side, and some features that I find generally useful. Besides that, I find PENN to be doing a great job, I would just like to see more features down the road or a dedicated scorecast for every game.

"Cash out unavailable." Get used to seeing this anytime you want to try to salvage anything when a team you bet on underperforms. The app runs slow or crashes always loading behind changes in odds. I've lost an unholy amount of opportunities to cash out on a live bet until there is nothing left to cash out. A cashout option should be fixed on odds at the time of cashout. It shouldn't depend on server speed. I've closed this app's account & am never using again. ESPN/Score Bet can burn in Hell.

I think for the amount of money l've spent I the tier I'm on should be much higher as it would for most other dynasty's and that their awards system is a bit unfair like spend 125$ to get a 3$ bonus bet is a bit crazy if l've spent thousands of dollars in a week lol I know they are relatively newer and the platform is easy to navigate some live games are bit laggy too but still I have a good win rate I also think when it comes to you putting in a certain amount especially depending on what you bet on the most they should drop more profit boosts and or bonuses bets specifically to those sports instead of the random over all main ones as well as give out more bonus bets to over all be used on any sport I also think that your bonus bets should be aloud to be split across different sports the way you want not like you get 100 to play but you have to put the whole thing down all at once kind of forces you to run through which ever ones you have fairly fast even though your suppose to have 7 days to use it if anything id say since I started with them that was one of the bigger issues I had. But they also offer a series of mini games that are pretty cool like spin the wheel using unity points earned through gambling that gives you a shot at a free bonus bets anywhere from 1 to 100 and for more points higher rewards although l've yet to hit it and gathering just 100 unity points requires a significant amount of games played I think the average player would not make it that far in the first place. But could be worse l've definitely seen worse so. I'd give it a try. Oh and the sign on bonus could be better.

The casino is okay. The catalog of games could be better and I feel the way they are listed could be more appealing. The rewards boxes received every Thursday and what you receive depends on the tier you are. I believe the tiers change weekly so if you do not wager enough money you'll be demoted basically. When i first joined they had a mystery wheel spin for anyone that deposited within the last 30 days. They did away with it but recently brought it back. I just want to say I think it is absolutely RIDICULOUS that there are prizes of 2 spins and that's almost always what it lands on. 2 freaking spins? Really? I just think it's ridiculous as if the hard rock cannot afford to keep 5 spins as the lowest prize on the wheel. Esp for tier 3+ players. I was tier 5 for about a month but dropped down to 3 due to less wagering. Had to prioritize during the holidays. Anyway, that'll forever remain a complaint of mine. Winning 2 freaking spins?! Not something id expect from a one of the top casinos. If I had one more complaint it would be that I don't do much winning on the app. It's nice to play when I want to switch things up but I have never had a big payout day on hard rock yet I have on almost every other site. This app has been almost unusable lately. Very laggy, slow to load and will not register anything that you are selecting. Edit: The app seems to be working better but the slots are a total scam. Paid out decently at the beginning to draw you in and now they don't even pay enough to let you play for a little. There is either a predatory algorithm behind the scenes or they greatly reduced the payouts.

I'm continually aghast as I read ratings where people slam BetRivers and other online casinos because "They don't win." it's a casino, you're not supposed to hit the jackpot every time so you can pay bills, give money to others or get Christmas gifts. Definitely the worst!!! I uploaded all the documents they requested, including a selfie, and waited 5 days for them to review everything. After 5 days, they finally reviewed it and rejected my Social Security number, even though it is valid. Immediately after that email, I received another message saying that my account was closed and that they do not want to reopen it. The saddest part is that I use the same documents—the only ones I have—on every other sportsbook without any issues.

My least favorite of all of my sports betting apps. I enjoyed the fact that they constantly offered promotions but over time I realized its because they offer the worst odds than any other book. They don't offer the alternate lines that other books do so it's "harder" to win here than other apps. They rarely offer a cash out and never a good 1. They don't let you parlay the things that other apps do. In parlays, a leg will win but it doesn't show it until the end of the game. I don't recommend.

This has gotta be one of the worst sportsbook apps out there. The coverage of matches, especially tennis matches, disappears after the match starts in many instances. if I place a bet on a tennis match before it starts, the match will disappear once it begins. It won't even show me the score during the match when it starts. Withdrawal times have gotta be the longest I have ever waited for a debit card. After reading online, this is very common and can sometimes take upwards of five days.

I have multiple sportsbooks and I would say the functionality of this app is by far the worst. Just logging in is extremely buggy and inconsistent. That said, they do offer a large number of different lines and some prop bets that you don't often see on other books. For that they get upgraded to a 2, despite how abysmally the actual app performs.
