I recently left Caesars because I couldn't get through to them to change my phone number, either on a chat or on a phone call or on the betting site. After two days of trying, I gave up. I had an account with Fanatics sportsbook that I hadn't used in a while so I thought l'd give it a shot. It took me about a minute and a half to change my phone number with all the proper security in place... so here I will stay.

Shoutout to fanatics for ruining a good sportsbook AND having the absolute worst customer service :) apparently there is no way to link my previously existing fanatics/fancash+ account under a different email with the sportsbook account which uses a different email because i was forced to migrate from pointsbet, so I can't consolidate my fancash balances. I've contacted support like 8 times about it and every time they tell me "oh yeah we can do that" and then don't do it. As if it hadn't been terrible enough on its own, some recent update made it so that every time I try to access it on home wifi (even with icloud private relay off AND private IP off AND tracking enabled) it says "can't use a VPN to access the app, contact customer support if you believe you've reached this message in error" except you can't even contact support because it won't let you into the app... Personally I think I should at least be able to view my account or make a withdrawal and contact support instead of being fully locked out of everything, but okay. odds are almost always worse than every other sportsbook, "promos" are garbage (especially compared to pointsbet), markets are limited, app is a disaster to navigate, and god forbid you need something resolved by their useless customer service.

Fanatics sign up bonus really helped. new users who complete their registration and deposit $10 receive $400 in Fancash (bonus bets-$100 a day after placing a $5 wager each day.) Honestly can't beat that. The cashout options are much higher than other apps. I use my PayPal for deposits and withdrawals and both are instant! wish I had more friends to invite!

First time a Sportsbook actually stole from me. Took a nice welcome deal. $50 every day for 7 days. $350 bonus bets. Except, they out a weekly limit on how much you can spend of that bonus money. So while it looks like $350. Since it expires after 24 hours and you can't use it. It is $100. When I complained they locked me out of my account and all my money.

It took me about a minute and a half to change my phone number with all the proper security in place... so here I will stay.

Shoutout to fanatics for ruining a good sportsbook AND having the absolute worst customer service :) apparently there is no way to link my previously existing fanatics/fancash+ account under a different email with the sportsbook account which uses a different email because i was forced to migrate from pointsbet, so I can't consolidate my fancash balances. I've contacted support like 8 times about it and every time they tell me "oh yeah we can do that" and then don't do it. As if it hadn't been terrible enough on its own, some recent update made it so that every time I try to access it on home wifi (even with icloud private relay off AND private IP off AND tracking enabled) it says "can't use a VPN to access the app, contact customer support if you believe you've reached this message in error" except you can't even contact support because it won't let you into the app... Personally I think I should at least be able to view my account or make a withdrawal and contact support instead of being fully locked out of everything, but okay. odds are almost always worse than every other sportsbook, "promos" are garbage (especially compared to pointsbet), markets are limited, app is a disaster to navigate, and god forbid you need something resolved by their useless customer service.

Shoutout to fanatics for ruining a good sportsbook AND having the absolute worst customer service :) apparently there is no way to link my previously existing fanatics/fancash+ account under a different email with the sportsbook account which uses a different email because i was forced to migrate from pointsbet, so I can't consolidate my fancash balances. I've contacted support like 8 times about it and every time they tell me "oh yeah we can do that" and then don't do it. As if it hadn't been terrible enough on its own, some recent update made it so that every time I try to access it on home wifi (even with icloud private relay off AND private IP off AND tracking enabled) it says "can't use a VPN to access the app, contact customer support if you believe you've reached this message in error" except you can't even contact support because it won't let you into the app... Personally I think I should at least be able to view my account or make a withdrawal and contact support instead of being fully locked out of everything, but okay. odds are almost always worse than every other sportsbook, "promos" are garbage (especially compared to pointsbet), markets are limited, app is a disaster to navigate, and god forbid you need something resolved by their useless customer service.

Fanatics Sportsbook is way better than Draftkings and Fanduel. I've been using it for four days now and have won about $450! So while it looks like $350. Since it expires after 24 hours and you can't use it. It is $100. When I complained they locked me out of my account and all my money.

I had an account with Fanatics sportsbook that I hadn't used in a while so I thought l'd give it a shot. It took me about a minute and a half to change my phone number with all the proper security in place... so here I will stay.
