For being one of the top dogs in online sports betting, the customer support at FanDuel Sportsbook left me wanting more. The options available were an FAQ support center page, live chat, email, and a contact form where users can submit a ticket for their issue.

While this is a decent number of options, the support center was pretty lacking and hard to navigate. Some of the information hadn't been updated since as far back as 2019. Additionally, it’s a bit surprising that a betting behemoth like FanDuel doesn’t have a dedicated helpline where users with pressing issues can call and talk to a representative.

If these functions are sorted out in the future we’d be pleased to give them credit but for now, the customer service is not where it should be.
