Thrillzz is a recently-developed social sportsbook app that includes pick'em sweepstakes tournaments that users can play with a group of other sports fans. Thrillzz is unfortunately only available to play via their iOS and Android mobile apps, and while user reviews of their apps are pretty hit-or-miss, we found their mobile apps to be pretty solid.

The purpose of Thrillzz is to offer a sportsbook for users to bet on sports without having to spend their own money; however, it also serves as a way for people to bet on sports and win real money in states that haven't yet legalized sports betting.

Because there is no purchase necessary to play Thrillzz, they aren't subjected to the same federal laws as traditional sportsbooks, giving them an opportunity to get creative with how they allow players to make money betting on sports.

Our review of Thrillzz will feature some pros in addition to a handful of cons. We think it's important to know what you're getting into before creating an account on a sportsbook or sports betting alternative, so we'll paint the full picture, positive and negative. 🟢 If you're worried about losing money or developing a bad habit in sports betting, Thrillzz makes it fun and easy to bet on sports with artificial Coins. Thrillzz even offers daily rewards to new users, so as long as you don't run out of Coins, you can play for free as long as you'd like.

🟢 There are a ton of sports available to make picks on in the Thrillzz app, from major sports like the NFL all the way to table tennis and e-sports.

🟢 Thrillzz is available in 32 US states, including six states in which sports betting isn't currently legal.

🔴 Thrillzz is only available to play via a mobile app, so if you have limitations on your phone or prefer to make picks on a computer, you're unfortunately out of luck.

🔴 If you want to make real money playing Thrillzz, you must earn at least 50 Tickets before the platform allows you to withdraw funds. Because one Ticket is equal to $1, that means Thrillzz's minimum withdrawal is equal to $50, which is exceedingly high when compared to traditional sportsbooks.

🔴 Thrillzz doesn't have many customer service options, and plenty of negative app reviews cited long response times or no response at all. This wasn't our experience, but was present in multiple reviews of both their iOS and Android apps.

Thrillzz offers a mobile app for both iOS and Android users, with the app available on tablets in both formats as well. Because Thrillzz doesn't offer gameplay on desktop, we should be a bit more critical of the product. Let's dig into the Thrillzz app and evaluate its functionality, intuitiveness and overall quality.

The first thing that sticks out to me about the Thrillzz mobile app is that it's interface closely resembles that of a traditional sportsbook. Games are of course sorted by sport, then listed with moneylines, spreads and totals. If you're in a state where sports betting isn't yet legal, the Thrillzz app may present the best opportunity for you to get a similar experience to that of an online sportsbook.

In my experience, the Thrillzz app works tremendously well. I personally love the sportsbook-style interface and find the overall look and feel of the app to suit my expectations for a social sportsbook app. I didn't have any experiences with load times or lagging, nor have I had issues with being automatically logged out or having the app crash. However, plenty of reviews of both the iOS and Android Thrillzz app are very critical of its performance.

To us, the combination of negative and positive reviews in combination with my positive experiences on the Thrillzz app suggests that the app may have gotten off to a rocky start, but has likely been improved dramatically over the last year.

While customer support from Thrillzz is responsive and readily available, there aren't many options for users to choose from. If you're having trouble with the app and need help from Thrillzz, here are your options:

• Submit a support ticket via the mobile app. Since your email address will be connected to your account, Thrillzz can respond to your ticket via email. When I contacted Thrillzz support with a support ticket on the mobile app, it took them a little over two hours to respond.
• Send them a DM on Twitter/X @ThrillzzSupport. Unfortunately, Thrillzz does not accept DMs from accounts that aren't verified. So if you're hoping to use Twitter/X to contact Thrillzz support, you're going to have to pay for a feature that used to be free on a social media app that's on the decline.

All told, a customer support ecosystem that has such limited options isn't great. But if you use the mobile app to contact Thrillzz support, you probably won't be disappointed. Any company that responds within a few hours is to be commended, and while many reviews cited long response times or no response at all, it's likely that Thrillzz has cleaned that up as they've grown over the past year.
