Wyoming Sports Betting

Once the Supreme Court struck down PASPA in 2018, each state was allowed to legalize online sports betting at its own discretion. Governor Mark Gordon signed the bill legalizing online sports betting in Wyoming in May 2021, with a few legal sportsbooks going live on September 1st, 2021 - right on time for the NFL season.

As it stands, only online sports betting is legal in the state. That means the casinos that are operational in Wyoming do not accept sports bets at in-person locations.
