Massachusetts Online Sports Betting
The Massachusetts Senate a bill to legalize both retail and online sports betting in August 2022, which Governor Charlie Baker then signed into law. Retail sports betting was approved to launch on January 31st, 2023, with online betting to follow in March.

From there, sports betting operators had to submit applications to enter the market in Massachusetts. Over a dozen operators submitted an application, with 10 approved at the time and 6 available to users on the launch day.
