Massachusetts Online Sports Betting
The Massachusetts Senate a bill to legalize both retail and online sports betting in August 2022, which Governor Charlie Baker then signed into law. Retail sports betting was approved to launch on January 31st, 2023, with online betting to follow in March.

From there, sports betting operators had to submit applications to enter the market in Massachusetts. Over a dozen operators submitted an application, with 10 approved and 6 available to users on the launch day.

Every online sportsbook listed here has been approved by the Massachusetts Gaming Association to receive a license and operate in the state once online betting began on March 10th.
