Dabble Review

Welcome to our review of Dabble, a daily fantasy sports (DFS) app that was created in 2020. Dabble bills itself as "the ultimate destination for DFS," and you'll find out just how true that is in this review. We'll break down their gameplay options, promotions, mobile app, customer support, legal states and more.

Win up to 1000x your wager on Dabble

Win huge payouts with more picks in your Dabble lineup

The first thing most users will notice when they open the Dabble app for the first time is that it's a social DFS app — and a very social DFS app at that. There are plenty of solid DFS apps like Underdog Fantasy and Thrillzz, and while Dabble has a similar gaming profile, their focus on social elements really helps differentiate them from other DFS apps.

Arguably the most social-focused DFS app on the market.

So, is Dabble the ultimate destination for DFS like their marketing team suggests? In our opinion, not quite. Their All-In and Hedge games — their marquee offering — are only available in 20 states, they place limits on some betting selections, their payment options are limited and their vast array of social options can sometimes make the app feel cluttered.

An overview of the Dabble DFS app

With a solid app and growing user base, Dabble is on the rise

On the other hand, the number of sports leagues available for making picks on Dabble is enormous, their heavy focus on social elements is fun and unique, they even have video streams in the app and their $25 no-deposit welcome offer is really good for a DFS app.

There is plenty to like about Dabble and we would absolutely recommend giving it a shot — perhaps they're the ultimate social DFS app rather than simply the best DFS platform in the game.

Read further to learn more about which sports are available on Dabble, which games are available in particular US states and much more. First, let's start with one of their most impressive features: a $25 no-deposit welcome offer.

Dabble Promotions

One of Dabble's best features is their welcome offer. While most sportsbooks and DFS sites offer a welcome bonus to new users, nearly all of them first require users to deposit money into their account. On Dabble, first-time users simply receive a $25 bonus in their account just for signing up.

But that's not all — Dabble also features a suite of perks including boosts, bonuses and more. Since their welcome offer is their marquee bonus, and since it's such a generous offer compared to other DFS apps, the rest of their promotions may disappoint some users who are used to excellent rewards and bonuses on an app like Betr. Still, new users on the Dabble app would be wise to familiarize themselves with Dabble's promotions so that they can fully take advantage of every offer that suits their needs.

Welcome bonus and referrals on Dabble

Receive $25 just for signing up, and another $10 if you refer a friend

Here's a quick overview of the main promotions and rewards offered on Dabble:

  • Refer a Friend: Receive $10 in your account for referring another player who includes your username when they sign up.
  • Spin & Win: Offered occasionally, spin the wheel to win bonuses and prizes.
  • Copy Entry: Copy other users' entries for your own wager.
  • Copy Cash: Receive small bonuses when other users copy your lineup.
  • Rocket Boost: When available, boost a lineup of four or more players for bigger payouts.
  • Injury Protection: Receive your wager back in your account if a player is scratched, leaves the game early, or doesn't start the game.

Dabble Mobile App Review

Now that we've given you an overview of the Dabble fantasy platform and the promotions offered, let's do a more thorough review of their mobile app. For a DFS platform like Dabble that does not have desktop gaming available, it's extra important that they nail their mobile app experience.

Luckily for their users, Dabble has put their full focus on their mobile app, creating a user-friendly gaming experience that doesn't include too many glitches or page re-loads. And while functionality is one of the most positive elements of Dabble's mobile app, their unique features are what set them apart from other DFS apps.

Social elements on the Dabble app

Dabble isn't just a DFS app — it's also a social media platform

As we mentioned earlier, Dabble has more of a focus on social elements than any other DFS app on the market. Here's a quick overview of some of the social elements on the Dabble app:

    • View users' picks: Scroll through your Feed to view other users' lineups.
    • Copy entries: If you like someone's lineup and think it's a winner, copy their picks for your own lineup.
    • Chat with users: This unique feature allows users to join a forum for one of several sports to discuss picks with other users and talk about the games as they're being played.
    • Give your lineup a fun name: One of the first things that stands out to new Dabble users is the fun and often comical names that users give to their picks, usually with quite a few emojis.
    • Watch videos: Another very unique feature for Dabble is their livestreams and on-demand videos discussing the day's sporting events and users' lineups.

Because Dabble is equal parts DFS app and social media platform, users will want to make sure their information, identity, and money are all safe and secure while using the app.

As it turns out, Dabble's focus on user security is a clear priority for the company, and they even highlight that fact with a series of pop-ups in a tutorial for first-time users when they create an account on the Dabble app.

Privacy settings on the Dabble app

Dabble's mobile app puts a high priority on user security and safety

But don't just take our word for it — with an App Store rating of 4.7 and a Google Play rating of 4.4, users of Dabble's mobile apps have given high marks for its product, with many of its poor reviews coming in the company's early days in 2020 and shortly thereafter.

Here are a few more recent reviews from users of the Dabble app:

    Enjoying dabble — 5/5 ⭐️

    Pwusnzozndbd, 01/23/2025

Been using dabble for about a week, I like it so far. Huge payouts. It has its own little community if that’s what you’re into. I like it because I can bet small to win big. I like sports betting but I’m not one of those people to throw down 100 dollars on one bet. 5 bucks for 200-1k payouts depending on how many picks is wild. You can’t adjust player stats which is a bummer. Just gotta snake the right picks, pick smart. There’s no minimum deposit which is nice and no min bet amount either. That’s what sets it apart from others for me. You can do a 12 leg and bet 50 cents and win 500 bucks.

Payouts are also fast I hit one a few days ago for 180 bucks and got paid in about 45m (I have chase bank).

Legit, fun, and fast payouts — 5/5 ⭐️

    Appleganik, 12/23/2024

If you live in a place (such as Texas), then your options are limited when it comes to betting and daily fantasy. If you enjoy using apps such as Fliff or Thrillzz, you will really enjoy Dabble. They really hook it up from the get-go by offering a $25 account credit with no deposit required AND they pay you an additional $10 for every referral that you send. I have so much fun with this app. It takes watching sports to the next level, and if you use it strategically, then Dabble should not only pay for itself, but you should easily be able to make some extra cash while enjoying sports. 5 Stars!

    Boom Theory — 5/5 ⭐️

This is honestly the best app for making your own picks and I don't even comment on applications like this but I've cashed out three times already for and the sign-up bonus is legit 100% free because I haven't had to deposit anything and I made money off of the $25 sign up bonus. This app is legit. Only downside not enough history to keep track of your bets and statistics.

    One of a Kind — 3/5 ⭐️

    April 14, 2025

I wouldn't invest too much into the app. The odds of winning are very low. If you look through a lot of profiles there isn't no winners. No matter how much you know about sports there's no winning. Do it for fun, not to gain anything.

    Dabble Betting Variety

One of the biggest compliments Dabble users give to their platform is that they have a very wide variety of sports available for stacking your picks. Enjoy the traditional slate of major American sports plus college football and basketball, sports as niche as esports and cricket, and everything in between.

Sure, they have a ton of sports available, but what kind of bets are offered for those sports? What other kind of games can you actually play on Dabble? Let's break down Dabble's overall betting variety.

    Sports Available on Dabble

You got that right — yes, Dabble features Hot Dog Eating Contest markets for stacking picks in your lineup. Make picks on League of Legends, National Rugby League, and international soccer in addition to major leagues like the NFL, NBA, WNBA and more. Here's a full list of sports available on Dabble.

Types of Betting Features on Dabble

Dabble users assemble a lineup of 2-12 selections by choosing more or less than a player's projected stat line. It's a typical DFS game that mimics a parlay of player prop bets on a traditional sportsbook like Caesars or BetMGM.

But while this may be the gist of the overall gameplay on Dabble, there are a few different ways that users can make picks and stack their lineups. Let's break down the three different types of entries users can wager on with the Dabble app.

    All-In

When you built a lineup on Dabble and you're ready to make your wager, you'll have the option to choose between All-In or Hedge payout mode. Appropriately named, All-In is exactly what it sounds like: You think every pick in your lineup is going to hit, and you're prepared for a major payout if they do.

As with any standard DFS lineup, the more players you add to your lineup, the more your payout will be multiplied. Choose as few as two players to give yourself the best chance at winning with a modest payout, or add up to 12 selections for a chance to earn 1,000 times your wager.

Here's a list of multipliers based on the number of picks in your lineup:

    # of Picks
    Multiplier
    2
    3x
    3
    6x
    4
    10x
    5
    20x
    6
    35x
    7
    60x
    8
    100x
    9
    175x
    10
    300x
    11
    500x
    12
    1,000x

    Hedge

Looking to play it safe? Want to bet with your head and not your heart? Toggle the payout format to Hedge Mode and you won't be on the hook if all of your picks don't hit. Of course, if you choose Hedge mode and all of your picks do hit, you won't get the same payout that you'd receive had you wagered in All-In mode, but a win's a win, right?

If you choose to submit your lineup in Hedge mode, here's an overview of what kind of return you'll receive for each number of legs in your slip.

    3 Legs:

    • 2/3 correct = 1.25X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    • 3/3 correct = 2.5X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    4 Legs:

    • 3/4 correct = 1.5X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    • 4/4 correct = 5X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    5 Legs:

    • 3/5 correct = 0.4X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    • 4/5 correct = 1.5X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    • 5/5 correct = 10X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    6 Legs:

    • 4/6 correct = 0.4X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    • 5/6 correct = 1.5X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    • 6/6 correct = 25X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    7 Legs:

    • 5/7 correct = 1X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    • 6/7 correct = 2.5X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    • 7/7 correct = 35X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    8 Legs:

    • 6/8 correct = 1.5X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    • 7/8 correct = 5X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    • 8/8 correct = 50X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    9 Legs:

    • 6/9 correct = 0.4X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    • 7/9 correct = 2X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    • 8/9 correct = 10X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    • 9/9 correct = 50X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    10 Legs:

    • 7/10 correct = 0.4X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    • 8/10 correct = 4X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    • 9/10 correct = 15X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    • 10/10 correct = 75X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    11 Legs:

    • 8/11 correct = 1X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    • 9/11 correct = 5X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    • 10/11 correct = 20X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    • 11/11 correct = 125X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    12 Legs:

    • 9/12 correct = 1X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    • 10/12 correct = 7.5X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    • 11/12 correct = 40X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

    • 12/12 correct = 250X return on the dollar value of the Lineup.

Choose between All In or Hedge payout mode

Toggle between All-In and Hedge mode once you've built your lineup

    Peer-to-Peer

Finally, if you live in one of a handful of states in which Dabble operates but can't legally offer All-In or Hedge mode, you can still enjoy Dabble's Peer-to-Peer game. In Peer-to-Peer, your entry will go into a contest against entries from other users. Players who build a perfect lineup can win up to 1000x their entry fee, and if nobody in the contest gets a perfect lineup, the players with the highest points win a share of the contest prize.

    No Live Betting on Dabble

While some DFS apps and social sportsbooks like Betr allow users to add picks to their lineup while a game is being played, Dabble unfortunately does not offer any form of live betting. Once a game begins, the markets are removed and it's no longer displayed alongside games that haven't yet begun.

Types of Picks Available on Dabble

Dabble is a daily fantasy sports (DFS) app, so users have the option to choose more or less than a player's projected stat line. Similar to other DFS apps like SportsMillions, Dabble has a solid array of stats available to bet on, similar to a prop bets section on a traditional sportsbook.

Picks for football games include passing or rushing yards, touchdowns, receptions and more. Select more or less on a pitcher's strikeout total in baseball or myriad offensive categories like hits, runs and RBIs. The same goes for every sport — Dabble doesn't short its users with respect to its lineup categories.

It does, however, fall short in one way that DFS apps don't typically struggle.

    Player Limitations on Dabble

One thing that may stick out to new users on Dabble is that some stat categories offer a very limited selection of players to add to your lineup. It typically only happens for one or two stat categories for a given game, but for a traditional prop bet like player hits for an MLB game, for example, Dabble sometimes only offers two or three random players to choose from.

See the image below for an example of Dabble's player limitations on some stat categories.

    Limitations with Dabble betting options

Other DFS apps allow users to choose from all players in a starting lineup

Where Is Dabble Legal in the US?

Dabble is not the most widely-available DFS platform in the US — that honor likely goes to Underdog Fantasy. You can play Dabble as long as you're physically located in one of 26 US states, but there's a catch: While most states allow you to build lineups and play DFS in All-In and Hedge modes, Dabble is available in six states that only permit their peer-to-peer gameplay.

This is standard practice for DFS platforms, as Dabble must remain in compliance with state laws in order to operate there, and in states where sports betting hasn't yet been legalized, Dabble serves as a solid alternative.

Learn more about each style of gameplay on Dabble in our Betting Variety section, but here's a quick summary:

    • All-In is for users who think all of their picks will hit in order to return a huge return up to 1,000x their original stake.
    • Hedge mode allows users to win even if some of their picks don't hit, reducing the max of their potential winnings in order to increase their odds of winning.
    • Peer-to-Peer puts users' entries into a contest against other users' entries; players with a perfect lineup can still win up to 1,000x their entry fee, but if no one has a perfect lineup, the players with the highest points win a share of the prize.

Here's where you can legally play each of Dabble's games in the US:

      Dabble Customer Support

Before creating an account with any sportsbook or daily fantasy app, it's important to know how to get in touch with their customer support in case something goes wrong or questions pop up. We found Dabble to be a solid, trustworthy app that hopefully won't require much assistance from their support staff; still, it's definitely helpful to know that these are the best ways to get in touch with Dabble support if you need them:

      • AI chat bot with the option to speak to a real person
      • Help Center with dozens of articles covering specific issues
      • Email the support team at support@dabble.com

The Dabble support team promises to return emails within 48 hours, and their help center does provide some helpful information to users.

      Mark Schoeck
      Mark Schoeck
      Contributor

The easiest method of customer service is their AI chat bot, which is competent, but initially only gives you a handful of topics to choose from. Once you give them a few chances to guess your issue, you'll eventually be given a "live chat" option to type your specific questions to the AI persona, and they'll generally be able to answer most questions you have.

      Dabble Payment Options

As you may have noticed at the beginning of this review, Dabble's limited payment options for deposits and withdrawals is one of their biggest downsides. The array of payment methods available to users isn't always the most important issue, but if you're looking for a DFS app that allows you to deposit with PayPal or Venmo, you're out of luck with Dabble.

Here are the payment methods available for both depositing and withdrawing money from your Dabble account:

      • Credit Cards (Visa or Mastercard only)
      • Debit Cards
      • Apple Pay

Of course, these are highly secure payment methods, so if your main concern is the security of your bank account, you're safe to use Dabble without worry. Just keep in mind that Dabble has a minimum deposit of $5 when you're ready to add funds to your account.

      Dabble Review Summary

To sum it all up, Dabble gets plenty of high marks from us as a safe, trusted, and fun daily fantasy app. The platform does, however, have its fair share of downsides. Here are a few things we like and dislike about Dabble if you don't have time to read this entire review:

👍 What we like about Dabble:

      • Extreme focus on social elements is a good differentiator
      • Wide variety of sports available to bet on
      • Generous $25 no-deposit welcome offer
      • Solid app with great functionality and positive reviews

👎 What we don't like about Dabble:

      • No desktop gaming available; you must use the Dabble mobile app
      • Not available in as many states as other DFS apps
      • The app can get cluttered with so many social elements
      • Limited payment options for deposits and withdrawals

Keep in mind that this is just our take on Dabble, and especially because they deposit $25 into your account just for signing up, it's absolutely worth creating a Dabble account and giving it a try.

      Is Dabble legit sports betting?

Well, yes and no. Dabble is not a traditional sportsbook like DraftKings or FanDuel, but it is definitely an app that allows users to bet on sports. The key difference with Dabble is that they're a daily fantasy sports (DFS) app, so they're available in some states where sports betting hasn't yet been legalized.

      Does Dabble actually pay out?

Yes, they sure do. The only requirement for withdrawing money is that you must play through all the money you've deposited into your account. For example, if you deposit $10, you'll need to wager $10 before withdrawing. Once you've done that, withdraw your funds using Apple Pay or a credit or debit card — as long as it's Visa or Mastercard.

Does Dabble give you $25 free?

Yes, and it's one of their best features. Once you create an account on Dabble, they'll simply drop 25 bucks into your account right away. Not only do other DFS apps typically not offer a no-deposit bonus; most traditional sportsbooks don't do it either.

Can you win real money on Dabble?

Absolutely! If you're just getting started on Dabble, you can either deposit money into your account or use the free $25 welcome bonus that's given to you when you create an account. After that, simply place a wager of 2-12 picks, and if your picks all hit, you win money. Withdraw funds from your account at any time once you've played through all the money you've deposited.
