OVERVIEW: From time to time, American Wagering, Inc. (“Sponsor”) may conduct sweepstakes and/or other chance-based promotions for its U.S. customers (individually and collectively, “Promotion”). Unless governed by a different set of Promotion-specific official rules, these terms and conditions shall serve as the official rules (“Official Rules”) for any such Promotion conducted by Sponsor. For purposes of the Official Rules, the “Promotion Entities” shall mean Sponsor, Sponsor’s parent and each of Sponsor’s affiliated and subsidiary companies, along with each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents.

Each individual Promotion will be announced and promoted by e-mail, on Sponsor’s website(s) and app(s), and/or other calls-to-action (each, a “Promotion Posting”). A Promotion Posting will include instructions on how to enter, the Promotion entry start and end dates (“Promotion Period”), method of determining the winner, maximum number of entries (if any), the prize(s)/value(s), the eligibility requirements, and any other Promotion-related information deemed necessary by Sponsor. All information contained in a Promotion Posting is incorporated herein by reference.

ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible for a Promotion, you must:

Be 21 years of age or older;

Have a Caesars Sportsbook mobile or online account in one of the eligible jurisdictions described in the Promotion Posting; AZ, CO, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY,OH, PA, TN, WV, WY, VA, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico or Ontario.

Be physically present in one of the eligible jurisdictions while wagering (if required for entry); and

Have an account that remains in good standing during the entire Promotion Period.

Other eligibility requirements may be communicated in the Promotion Posting.

The following individuals are not eligible for any Promotions:

Individuals who are excluded from online wagering, including through a government program, at Sponsor’ discretion, or by their own request; and

Individuals who are prohibited from participating by any applicable law.

How to Participate:

To enter any Promotion, follow the directions provided in the Promotion Posting. Entries received from any person for any Promotion in excess of the Promotion limitation (if any) will be void.

Any attempt to use multiple accounts or other tactics to enter more than the limit may result in the disqualification by Sponsor from the Promotion and all associated entries will be void.

Entries generated by mechanical, script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process will be void.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Mail-In Entry Method. If any Promotion includes a method of entry that requires a participant to wager, deposit or otherwise pay money or another form of consideration, the following alternative mail-in entry method is available for all participants:

To enter by mail, handprint your complete name, email address, mailing address, last five digits of your Caesars Rewards number (if you have one), and daytime phone number on a piece of paper and mail your completed entry in an envelope with first class postage to: Caesars Sportsbook, 101 Hudson Street 28th Floor, Jersey City, NJ, 07302. In the Attn: line, include the name of the Promotion along with “mail-in entry.”

Each postal entry must be mailed separately. Additional entries included in the same envelope will be disqualified.

Mail-in entries must be received before the end of the Promotion Period.
