Here's how to play BetMGM Ultimate Teams:
- Log in to the BetMGM app or visit their website
- Find the Ultimate Teams game in the homepage carousel or navigate to the Rewards tab and find the game
- Click "Play Now" to opt in to the game
- Draw a team card to reveal an NFL team and their point spread for that week's game
- Come back every weekday for a team card
- If that team covers the spread, you win a prize
- The more spreads your teams cover, the bigger the prize
- If you reveal 5 covered spreads in 1 week, you win a split of the $50,000 Weekly Bonus Bets Jackpot!

- Bronze Prize: One correct team earns a 33% SGP Boost Token.
- Silver Prize: Two correct teams earn a 50% Parlay Boost Token.
- Gold Prize: Three correct teams earn a 50% Odds Boost Token.
- Platinum Prize: Four correct teams earn a 100% Odds Boost Token.
- Bonus Bets Jackpot: Five correct teams earn a share of the $50,000 Weekly Jackpot.
- Reward Restrictions: All rewards expire within 96 hours and cannot be withdrawn.
- Wagering Requirements: SGP and Parlay Boosts require three legs and +400 minimum odds.
- Odds Boost Requirements: Odds Boosts require -300 minimum odds and specified maximum wagers.
- Bonus Bet Requirements: Bonus Bets require -300 minimum odds and must be used once.
- Participation Limit: One Ultimate Teams attempt per person each day, Monday through Friday.
- Betting Restrictions: Low-risk betting, opposing-side wagers, and promotional abuse can result in disqualification.
